Although we have taken the necessary precautions and safety measures, we cannot guarantee the safety of you or any minors under your care. Free Roam VR is a simulation activity using virtual reality technologies and carries inherent risks. Players may injure themselves by tripping, colliding with others, or encountering obstacles. More serious injuries cannot be ruled out.We want to make you aware of this. By signing this statement, you indicate that you understand, accept, and agree to the conditions listed below.I hereby declare that as a customer — and on behalf of any minor participant(s) under my responsibility — I am aware of, understand, and agree to the following conditions:1. ACCEPTANCE TERMS1.1 I understand that by purchasing a ticket for Gravity X activities, I agree to these terms.
1.2 I understand that by purchasing a ticket on behalf of another person, both I and that person agree to these terms.
2. RISK ACCEPTANCE
2.1 I understand that participating in Gravity X activities, like other physical or sports-related activities, is strenuous, intense, and unfamiliar, and carries a risk of injury.
2.2 I accept all risks — known and unknown — related to participating in Gravity X experiences for myself and any minor participants under my responsibility.
3. DECLARATION OF GOOD HEALTH
3.1 I declare that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions (e.g. heart or lung issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, severe hearing loss).
3.2 I have not recently undergone surgery and have no issues affecting my mobility.
3.3 I confirm that I am not pregnant.
3.4 I understand that Gravity X cannot provide medical advice, and I will consult a physician if I have concerns.
3.5 I consent to the provision of emergency medical treatment and accept financial responsibility for such care, including ambulance transportation.
4. PARTICIPANT LIABILITY
4.1 I accept responsibility for any damages resulting from loss, theft, or destruction of property belonging to Gravity X, its staff, or third parties.
4.2 I agree to be held liable for damages I cause to VR equipment (e.g., headsets, controllers) or Gravity X facilities due to improper behavior.
4.3 I understand I am responsible for my belongings and that Gravity X is not liable for any loss or damage during my visit.
5. GRAVITY X LIABILITY
Gravity X, its licensors, employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable for personal injury or death arising from the simulation activities, except where required by law due to negligence, breach of contract, or statutory duty.6. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS6.1 I understand I may not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication. Violation may result in denied entry.
6.2 I agree to follow all Gravity X rules and staff instructions.
6.3 I consent to the use of CCTV monitoring for safety and security purposes.
7. CCTV & MEDIA USAGE
7.1 I acknowledge that Gravity X uses CCTV for safety.
7.2 I consent to images and videos of myself and any minors in my care being used for safety, training, and promotional purposes.8.
PARTICIPATION OF MINORS
8.1 I declare that I am of legal age and authorized to sign for any minor participant(s), who are in suitable health to participate.
8.2 I understand that minors aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
8.3 I agree to supervise minors under my responsibility at all times and cooperate with Gravity X staff if required.
9. USE OF EMAIL
9.1 I consent to receive a summary email with game results and media content.
9.2 I agree to receive promotional updates or newsletters no more than four times per year.
9.3 I understand I can unsubscribe at any time using the provided link.
Indemnity Statement
I assume all risks associated with participating in Gravity X activities and expressly indemnify Gravity X, its licensors, staff, partners, property owners, and equipment providers from all claims or liabilities arising from injury, death, or property damage during my participation — or that of any minors in my care.
