Frequently Asked
Our Free Roam VR experiences are recommended for ages 8 and up. Simulator rides can be enjoyed by younger guests with parent supervision. We recommend VR headsets for guests at least 48 inches tall for the best fit.
Absolutely! Adults love it just as much as kids. Your 10-guest count includes everyone (kids and adults) who will participate in the VR experiences. Non-participating adults who just want to watch do not count toward the guest limit.
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and decorations. If you'd like a full food setup, we offer a Pizza Party Add-On starting at $100 which includes 3 pizzas, drinks, cups and napkins for the first 10 guests. Additional pizzas are $18 each. Pizza provided by a local partner.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. All guests (or their parents/guardians) must sign a waiver before participating.
No refund of the deposit if cancelled the same day of the event. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling. Please contact us at 770-407-8782 for any changes.
Saturday is our busiest day for walk-in guests, so we keep both arenas open to the public. Birthday parties are available Sunday through Friday. Contact us if you have a special request and we'll do our best to accommodate.
