By purchasing tickets, booking experiences, or otherwise entering GravityX, operated by GravityX VR Conyers LLC (“GravityX” or “GravityX VR”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Admission Policy
All guests must check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in shortened playtime or forfeiture without refund. GravityX staff reserve the right to deny participation to any guest who fails to follow safety protocols, rules, or staff instructions. Guests under age 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
2. Age, Height, and Weight Requirements
Participation in certain attractions may be limited due to safety requirements:
GravityX staff may deny access to attractions if a guest does not meet these guidelines or poses a safety concern.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
GravityX experiences include flashing lights, immersive environments, sound effects, and motion-based attractions. These may aggravate existing medical conditions including seizures, vertigo, motion sickness, anxiety, or heart-related issues. It is the responsibility of each participant to determine if they are medically fit to participate. GravityX is not liable for health-related incidents resulting from participation.
4. Waiver Requirement
All participants must complete and sign the GravityX Waiver & Release of Liability before participating in any attraction. Minors must be listed on a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds or exceptions outside of this policy will only be considered with written approval from GravityX management via email.
6. Booking Modifications
Booking changes may be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.
7. Property & Equipment Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat all GravityX equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
8. Behavior & Conduct
Disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, other guests, or GravityX property will result in immediate removal without refund. GravityX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or violates policies.
9. Photo & Media Release
Guests may be photographed or recorded for safety monitoring or promotional purposes. By entering GravityX, you consent to the use of these images by GravityX unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to your visit.
10. Right to Refuse Service
GravityX reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest from the premises at its sole discretion, especially in cases of unsafe behavior, policy violations, or refusal to follow staff direction.
