GravityX VR Conyers LLC (“GravityX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a virtual reality entertainment venue located at 1360 Dogwood Dr SE, Suite 400, Conyers, GA 30013. By purchasing tickets, making reservations, or entering the facility, you (“Guest,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Admission

All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session to complete check-in, waiver signing, and equipment fitting. Late arrivals may forfeit their session without refund.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the facility. GravityX staff reserve the right to deny participation to any guest who violates safety protocols or poses a risk to themselves or others.

2. Physical Requirements

  • Minimum age: 8 years old
  • Height range: 48–78 inches
  • Weight range: 125–299 lbs

GravityX staff may restrict access to certain attractions based on individual safety assessments. These restrictions are made at the sole discretion of management and are non-negotiable.

3. Health Warning

GravityX features flashing lights, immersive environments, sound effects, and motion-based attractions that may trigger adverse reactions in some individuals, including but not limited to seizures, vertigo, nausea, disorientation, or cardiac distress. Participants assume full responsibility for determining their fitness to participate.

If you have a history of epilepsy, heart conditions, motion sickness, claustrophobia, or any other medical condition that may be affected by virtual reality experiences, consult your physician before participating.

4. Liability Waiver

All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in any GravityX experience. For guests under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. Waivers can be completed online at waiver.roller.app/GravityXVR or in person at the venue.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • Same-day cancellation (within 1 hour of session): No refund; full payment forfeited
  • No-shows: No refund

Exceptions to the refund policy require written approval from GravityX management. Refund requests should be sent to info@gravityxvr.com.

6. Booking Modifications

Booking changes (date, time, or party size) require at least 24 hours notice and are subject to availability. GravityX reserves the right to limit modifications based on operational constraints.

7. Equipment Liability

GravityX provides all VR equipment, headsets, controllers, and accessories. Guests are responsible for the proper handling of equipment during their session. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm will result in charges for repair or replacement at full retail value.

8. Code of Conduct

GravityX is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Disruptive, threatening, or dangerous behavior — including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse, physical aggression, or refusal to follow staff instructions — will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording by guests is permitted in common areas and during gameplay sessions unless otherwise posted. GravityX may capture photos, video, or audio of guests for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests who wish to opt out of media capture must submit a written request to info@gravityxvr.com before their visit.

10. Right to Refuse Service

GravityX management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest from the facility at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, policy violations, or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rockdale County, Georgia.
